The South East Community Development Council (SE CDC) enables youths to come forward to do their part for racial harmony. The South East CDC Racial Harmony Youth Ambassador (RHYA) Programme, a flagship programme launched in March 2002, seeks to develop a dynamic and cohesive generation of youths from different races who participate actively in the development of a cohesive and harmonious community.
